Easy Inspect™ is an advanced home inspection software for Android tablets and smart phones. It’s fast, easy to use, and comes with a full set of editable narratives.
MOBILE and STAND ALONE
Easy Inspect™ advanced mobile onsite inspection software offers the following features:
- Complete and send home inspection reports from anywhere on the inspection site.
- ISN (Inspection Support Network) built into the Easy Inspect™ software. This feature allows importing customer information and exporting completed reports to the ISN network via wifi.
- Full / complete set of narratives are included in the software that can be edited or customized to the user’s personal preferences.
- Photos taken by your mobile device are automatically placed next to the narratives they support and are easily captioned and annotated at any time.
- Diagram or illustration images showing correct conditions can be added to specific narratives from an onboard folder.
- You can pre-install default images showing correct conditions that will appear whenever that narrative is chosen to appear in the report.
- As you move through the inspection, all parts of the software- the sections, categories, components, narrative titles, and the full narrative you have currently chosen are all visible at once, giving you a better overview.
- As you move through the inspection, you can edit narratives without changing your original library, or write custom narratives to handle unique conditions.
- You can leave a narrative in the body of the report, or choose to have it also appear in the summary.
- Pre-select narratives for inclusion in the summary, or for inclusion in each report. This allows you to create templates for homes with similar systems.
- Easy Inspect™ can also be used with voice-to-text software.
When the inspection is complete, the report can be delivered to ISN and/or as a secure PDF from any location with wireless coverage. There’s no need to transfer the report to a laptop to add/annotate photos, or to email the report. You finish the inspection; you send the report from where you stand!
This robust software produces attractive reports with a cover photo and has a user-friendly, intuitive interface, making it low-stress to learn and use.
WORKING with NARRATIVES
Easy Inspect™ comes standard with a complete set of narratives installed. Narrative libraries evolve with time, experience and circumstances. The narrative library can be customized on the tablet to your liking. If you currently have a set of InspectVUE narratives, Tx3Tech LLC can convert them over for an additional charge. Other software manufacturer narratives are converted on a case by case basis.
WORKING with REPORTS
From your mobile device, you can download customer information & upload completed reports to ISN, email reports, save them to a cloud or secure website, or print them. No matter how much you change your narrative library, inspection reports, automatically archived by Easy Inspect™ in PDF format, can always be retrieved with the content unchanged.
INTERACTIVE CAPABILITY
Easy Inspect™ inspection reports are provided as secure PDFs, but you have the ability to install live links, making it easy for your clients to choose a link to a video of their inspection, or to quickly connect to any website you consider relevant. This feature greatly expands the amount of information contained in a report without increasing the report length!
